what a privilege to be able to share this forum, where most of the participants seem to have an awful amount of cash in their accounts. Did you all sell house, car, wife and kids ?? Everbody seems to love this downturn to buy and buy and buy.

I guess it is a learning process and hopefully one day I will find this kind of cash too. LOL.
