TODAY'S DISCOVERY, TOMORROW'S FUTURE
Creating shareholder wealth by advancing gold projects through the exploration and mine development cycle.

Hi Guys!
I did my first buying of KXL in a couple of months today, just got filled for 1500 @ $4.23, so I guess that indicates that I like the news. I have never touched my core position and will not touch those shares no matter how high the stock may climb, but I think we are seeing some selling-on-news today, and it represents a great chance to pick up trading shares cheaply.
The results were great, but not for the reasons that some may think. Yes, hitting better than 5 oz per tonne gold across nearly 3m is a great discovery, and more than just about anywhere else in the world where gold is found across a wide area. But it is the fact that they have demonstrated the deposit area continues to depth and laterally that is the big news.
We already know that local high grade intercepts are common on the property, and that intense variability in the grade can be expected. This type of thing will become less important as the ongoing results from 60,000m of drilling continue to be reported.
The upside potential for KXL will be a product of the tonnage that the company can outline, and the total resource ounces they can prove up. So knowing that the high grade zone continues to double the previously known depth, and further along strike, is the real good news.
Many people here and on other forums seem to think that it is automatic that this deposit will continue to thousands of metres of depth. I certainly hope it does, but smart money will buy what is likely to be proven just beyond the last drill intercept, and not worry about what is several years away from being proven. So after the short term sellers and paper flippers are done, KXL should get a nice bounce of this news, and later in the week as the Vancouver show approaches.
I will watch the trading and will probably flip some of my new shares for a profit. My objective here is to maintain a core position, and then to trade in small batches to realize gains along the way. Some people have a different strategy and thats fine too. One could probably own stock and buy now with a reasonable expectation that KXL is going to trade in double-digits before the end of the year. I prefer to lock in many small gains along the way in addition to my core holdings. I just wanted to disclose my own intentions so that my bullish comments do not appear to be pumping...
Cheers!
mike
