Hi DicesAces!

I have been investing in stocks for about 11 years, since just before Bre-X.  I had to learn the hard way though, and I went bankrupt from my dumb trading mistakes over the tech wreck a few years ago.  Losing everything is one lesson that helped me get the message when trading on my own account.

I think KXL has huge potential as far as exploration stories go.  It is important to note that KXL has still not even put a rational boundary on the discovery area.  Everywhere they look they seem to come up with outstanding results, and they have still only tested a fraction of the total target area.  The grades are excellent too for an early stage, and close to surface.

But I do not worry about a mine operation yet.  That will be years away if they get everything right along the way.  We do not even have a resource yet to speak of.  Another year of drilling work and Hercules will start to have a bit of meat on the bones.  Even at this early stage however, KXL has so much more than most other exploration companies can even dream of, so its all positive.

I owned SGX a few months ago and flipped it for a nice profit.  It may turn out to have a discovery surprise of its own, but the market cap is way above what I am willing to pay for a serious exploration play.  Too much downside risk for me there, and even though its close to our holdings, that alone is not enough to put more confidence on the properties it controls.

I have bought a bit of RPT for the same reason, as an area play around GRW for what I hope may be a nice discovery.  But I am not under any illusions about quality.  Its strictly a gamble, and flipping stock comes down to the greater fool theory, where you hope someone comes along to make an even bigger mistake than you did to buy a stock even higher.

Maybe something of interest will come from the surrounding properties around Hercules, and if there is more data to work from then its worth a look.  But right now, its like paying for prime rib and getting hamburger meat.  JMHO...

cheers!

mike
