that the way Kodiak is handling things is very shrewd? I own shares from pre-Caribou results, and so I wonder if by having these results come out from under the radar is no accident? Let's face it, shareholders have a long memory and psychology is a huge factor.
The way I see it, the grades uncovered meet the economic standards to proceed, but they aren't mind blowing ( keeping in mind this is very, very preliminary). However, the PGE's are intriguing and hint at something more widespread to be explored.
Something else to consider, ( and I could be WAAAAY off here) is if KXL thinks Hercules is part of a larger volcanic system, could they be exploring from the far fringes and working back towards Hercules to see just how far it extends? In this way, the market doesn't punish the SP as it would say on a missed step-out. It simply ignores any news unrelated to Hercules.
So, the market is intrigued by this information, but not enough to start a bull run or consequently a sell-off.
I think this is in all our best interests should KXL continue to develop this deposit while having Hercules take front and center. When they uncover some really good grades, the market will take notice but we shareholders will already have our positions.
Any feedback or insight is welcome!
