>David Richardson is President and CEO of Investor First Financial Inc., Octaform
Systems Inc. and Peter Hope Lake Resort Development Inc. Prior to 1989, Mr. Richardson
worked with his family's business, James Richardson and Sons, Ltd which was 
founded in 1857. Mr. Richardson is actively involved in government lobby activities
relating to family enterprises. He was a founding member and director of the Asia
Pacific Foundation and was co-leader in various government trade missions to Asia
while on the Board of the Canada China Trade Council.

>Mr. Richardson has served as director on many boards during the past 25 years
as well as having been a past member of numerous charities and philanthropic activities.
He is currently a Director Emeritus of Ducks Unlimited, and Director of International
Kodiak Resources Inc. and GCP Mining Corporation. Mr. Richardson was elected to 
the Board of Capital Alliance Group Inc., the parent company of SE Global Equities,
in August 1999 and joined the Board of SE Global in February 2001
