Thanks for the short list - someone/some people owes the market $5m in KXL stock at this point, on a stock with a quite narrow float.
I wonder if they keep going deeper into the short end, hoping to make up their losses so far by doubling their bet. Like the saleman who loses on every sale, but figures he'll make it up on volume.
As people have pointed out, the shorts will have to cover their positions. I wonder what their tolerance for pain is.
