Please ! Do we have to read this ???? I was totally turned off once, when somebody posted a story about how illegal it is for the Government to collect taxes ! And now a story like this on " our KXL " site ! Must be Sunday afetrnoon in some provinces or evening for that matter and a snow storm, nothing else to do.
