Just had to do a small re mortgage on a farm property ( my hobby as a City slicker ) and the Bank wanted more interest, because " they needed to make up for losses " ( supreme I guess ). My reply: you got us into this mess, we paid for it and now you want us to pay for it again ! Yah !, but it is for the shareholders ! Still, just yakking got me 1/2 below prime.

 Lucky I own KXL and a bit of it, ( of course, have to have the Banks too ).
