Cedar..

The options are not shares until they are excercised...although the options are counted in the overall fully diluted position,,,..but the market cap is configured from the shares in play at the date of financial statement ie:Quarter end...year end ...etc..

So the outstanding shares are only the ones that have been issued,not promised(Optioned)
