Thanks wave for being a little more subtle than I ..and 40,000 options are not to be sneezed at,and will make the man a millionaire..and he probably is top notch...KXL does not hire just anyone..they are all world class smart people..

But there is a distinct difference in the roles that Hartly Richardson and the project manager have in the company..The options awarding committee obviously have awarded the options on the value each recipient bring to KXL...

Nuff said on this...its a waste of bandwidth
