I trade with BMO (10 years) never a problem. NOW at 9.95 per trade unlimited shares with level 2 with 30 trades per quarter ongoing forward.

ie 10 in sept 14 in oct 8 in nov = 32 9.95

14 in oct 8 in nov now you need 8 to keep the cheap trades WITH level 2 It will pay to trade in and out to keep that going forward compared to $25 market or $29 otherwise (rip) but now who can keep up that volume of trades and be long.
