That part about being locked . That implies to me there is still no pressure to hurry out a NR(even though I wish they would) I read somewhere maybe the other BB but it said the working guys(drills) would be off for the month of Dec. Do you know if this is fact or not? If thats the case we might be glad of the delayed NR. JMT
