Does this mean I can stop making my House payment? I don't have a ARM but I do have a loan and I am sure it has been bundled and resold. In fact I remember signing a form that would let it be resold.

Whats to stop everyone from defaulting if they can't take it back? Personaly I would rather see the little guys get to keep their homes . They are not the ones that had full page adds for zero down loans. The taxpayer has to repay the freshly printed bailout money with interest in the form of taxes.  I do not like that, most of the institutions that promoted these shady deals have CEO's that are getting bonus's and salarys above $20,000,000. I have little sympathy for these shysters in the banking business or the politicians in bed with them.
