any worries about the deal not closing OR getting adjusted with the prices as low as they are? TTQ had a similar situation last week with their PP at 1.50 and SP at 1.15 and they were able to close the PP without adjusting the price. I would assume that because this is a bought deal the only thing we are waiting for is the exchange to accept it. NB and Cormark have already agreed to the price.
