Chornobay was involved in their filings in 2000. That's the last reference I found.  Their corporate offices are a couple blocks from each other.  WGM has their main prospect in Nevada.

WGM Pres Callaghan just exercised on 6m shares (10% of outstanding) for cheap (0.15 to 0.175) so the stock plunged to meet him.
