Got this from IR this evening. It seems that the PP is ALREADY filled and oversubscribed by 15 million. I think this means perhaps we can expect an early close of the placement as the filing paperwork catches up with the dollars flowing in. Here's the email. Wonderful news! This happened on really lousy days on the market as well.

In regards to your question about the financing, it was fully filled and oversubscribed by an additional $15 million within 24 hours of the first news release announcing the placement. Many people had to be turned away from the deal.
