The housing prices in most Canadian cities are over-inflated. I for one hope the sub-prime crisis in the U.S. spills over to Canada and then I will be buying. Never buy a house in a hot housing market wait for a buyers market and profit from the financial burden of others. Can't afford your house? I'll take it....sounds heartless but many wait for the bottom to fall out.
