Coach, re: thin trading, buyers distracted to PP shares - what's the big attraction for buyers of having the PP units at $3.80, which are untradeable for four months, vs. having regular common stock right now, available today at $3.86?

There are no warrants or options or other goodies that come with the PP shares at $3.80 - except for the availability of large volume at a set price, what's the big attraction?

P.S.  Do you think the KXL SP will be glued to the $3.80 PP price until Nov. 27?
