while I am waiting for some real drill holes on Hercules, I am starting to buy the neighborhood as well. just picked some alto for example.

what do you people like in the hood, and why?

i like alto because it is a project generator in the beardmore-geraldston belt.

a. kodiak is now paying the bills on a property alto owns within the beardmore-geraldston belt (Cote - Archie Lake gold property east of the historic Leitch mine). kodiak must spend 1 mm on the site within three years, so it is gonna get drilled. eventually kodiak will have to carry the deal all the way to feasibility to get 70 percent.

b. alto has at least two more decent prospects within teh same belt -- called greenoaks and mud lake. the price for admission in this belt is going up fast.

c. alto has names on its board that i have come to know from my reading, including richard mazur, ceo of forum uranium, and jon prochnau, who is a big name in canadian minig and who ran an outfit that discovered the high-grade Esquel Gold Deposit which was acquired by Meridian Gold Corp. for US $368 million.
