OK, first off, our tax system is not a user friendly one in my opinion, and legal tax avoidance is fair game and you are silly not to do so. I can't be bothered withthe legal challenges that the gov's is not supposed to be able to tax income etc... Hey, they will tax us, lets just make sure they stop scalping us! Have wondered if 5000 shares worth of KXL to the Grand Caymans might be good long term strategy... wonder what it is like to have a trading acct there...?

Caribou. What does everyone think the result on the SP will be if caribou disapoints next NR? Hercules is everyones prime focus, but bad news must hurt a bit. I don't think the worst results from Caribou would shave 20% off the price... am I wrong?
