If there was a magic easy free make-money system, people would have arbitraged it out of existence a long time ago.

Well, I guess they do and they did.  I have on my shelf "Reminiscences of a Stock Operator", a story nearly 100 years old.

Leaving aside arbitrage, technical analysis is questionable enough for a big cap.  A teeny penny stock gets blown about by the wind of investors' caprices that TA means next to nothing.

Except it's fun to watch when the stock goes up ("we're brilliant! we're genuises!")
