KXL Management

Creating shareholder wealth by advancing gold projects through the exploration and mine development cycle.
They have already began hiring senior management from what I understood. These people that KXL have been hiring were managers at some of the biggest mining companies in the world. They all seem to have around 25-30+ years experience. These people could all get jobs anywhere they feel like but yet they're with KXL. Think about it!
I haven't even mentioned David/Hartley Richardson and their obvious brilliance to become/stay multi-billionaires (20th richest in the country) and gaining. Although they aren't from a mining background business is business and they know what they're doing.
There are also several more people on staff that are just a good as the list below and I haven't even mentioned them all.
Robert John Harrington, M.Sc., P. Geo.
From 1990 to 2000 he worked for Rio Tinto Corporation in South America where he held the positions of Exploration Manager, Technical Services Manager and, most recently, General Manager of Peruvian operations.
Robert B. Hawkins, M.Sc., P.Geo., Chief Consulting Geologist
Freeport McMoran where he worked for 14 years in a variety of roles including Senior project Manager, Senior Geologist, and District Exploration Manager
Michael E. J. Phelps, O.C., B.A., LL.B, LL.M, LLD.(Hons), Chairman of the Board of Directors
is/was a senior consultant for CVRD. Took westcoast energy from a 50 million dollar company to a 15 billion dollar company in a short amount of time.
Charles Beaudry, P.Geo, Geological Advisor
Mr. Beaudry led the discovery of the Orenada gold zone near Val d’Or while employed with Aur Resources Inc. As an international expert, Mr. Beaudry has managed the Frieda River Project in Papa New Guinea in 2004-2005 and worked throughout Brazil as country manager for Noranda in 1996-2001, establishing a major land position in the Carajas, a world-class highly competitive mineral district
If KXL wants to get into mining I'm pretty sure they've got a pretty damn good start with the people already on staff IMO.
Gamblor.
