I usually watch these boards and seldom post. I am enthused about KXL and will increase my position on any downturn. Am especially happy about the roads and power readily available. I recently cashed out of SA (seabridge) for the simple matter of fact there was no infrastructure in place.

I was thinking if they wanted to get a mine up quick would it be feasable to start out using a pit mine to generate quick income while they were installing the more serious facilities for a long term aproach like The Coach was talking about.

My real question is why not do both. Swoop in and take the gravy while building your real mine. Its got to be tempting.
