I think this person was trying to say that Shilohap was a treasurer, having a rating score of 4.1 and he was banned without just cause.
I still don't understand why he was banned either. I always thought his posts were well written and intelligent.
Either if someone could look into this and get it resolved it would be greatly appreciated. We need as many true KXL longs as we can find.
