I don't see there being any worries regarding claim issues as far as I'm concerned. If there were going to be any issues they would have been brought up already IMO. Thats not to say that issues don't arise but as IVL said they are very diligent and put a lot of effort into cover themselves on all angles (from everything I've seen so far anyway).
