Pretium Resources Closes $3 Mln Private Placement Of Flow-Through Shares
03:24 PM EDT, 07/25/2018 (MT Newswires) -- Pretium Resources (PVG.TO) on Wednesday said it closed a $3 million private placement of flow-through shares to raise funds for exploration near its Brucejack mine in British Columbia.
The company said it sold 227,273 of the tax-advantaged shares priced at $13.20 in the placement.
Pretium shares were last seen up $0.54 to $11.19 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
