They are drilling, and hope to mine, on patented land. Outstanding! The CEO says 4 holes were completed. By now a 5th one could have been completed. The rest are hoped to be completed by the end of February. We could hear more in a week or two, unless they decide to save money on the cost of too many news releases and combine the assay results of 2 or 3 or 4 assay results into one NR. Good assay results, on average, can be expected but are not assured. They wouldn't be drilling where they are drilling if they didn't have high confidence in the results. Share price could do quite well if the results continue to be good. The eventual bottoming of the POG would be a significant catalyst for SP later on. It had been assumed that the Friday could support a mining operation for a generation or more. Apparently, the powers that be see it as a real possibility. The costs for starting a mine would be affordable and the time frame for doing so is guestimated to be between 6 and 12 months from the time such a decision is made. The gold production is thought to be enough to pay all mining costs with funds left over to continue exploration for free. If that happens, and exploration continues to succeed, and gold prices rise, the future seems very bright. The OSZ has many gold deposit areas of interest to choose from. The enticing "Monday" is very close by. Might they tunnel first and then open a pit at the surface later when the POG rises? Things could begin to happen quickly from here on out. Good luck to PEM's folks and to our fellow investors. Time will soon tell the rest of this story.
