Exactly what I think. But let's face it. Del destroyed this company and company reputation. So this Deal was the only possibility for new CEO. Now that PEM has money plan must be put out what this new CEO will do. So I hope that he could do something with very good properties that PEM has. With so many shares that I have even $1 will be ok for me.(10 Cents with old shares) So, yes there is some hope and I hope to get some money back with $1 sp. OSK has the same problem so there is some hope.
