Message: Is "change" in the wind? (What we don't know for sure).

I wonder why Board Director Collin Jones resigned a couple weeks prior to the announcement about a possible rollback? Could something have been going on behind the closed door to the Board room? Something he did not care for? If so, then what? Just the rollback? Or a plan on where to take PEM from here? If so, would it be a good new future? Would it be something the remaining Board members universally ernestly want to do? Might they be discussing the MT property? Maybe making plans for the Friday's future? Or, a roadmap for things to come? How the Board sees things and whatever changes they believe in the best interest of shareholders? Might another member step away? Might someone new be designated for the Board? A plan for financing? A route to follow once the metals convincingly head higher? Is change in the wind? If so, will it be one or more catalysts that I mentioned in my last post that PEM might need along with a possible rollback? Ones that will set the future course for PEM and it's shareholders? Who will be the new Board member? Might there be more than one? What will be his, her, or their qualifications? Might there be more to this possible rollback, and the departure of one Board member, than we know? The wording in the last news release, about the desire to approve up to a 20 to 1 rollback within a year, is very telling. It says that the Board wants the options to do less than a 20 to 1 and they want the option to hold off on doing a rollback possibly until later. Why? Depending on what? The market conditions? Share price? PEM's future business plan? Management? PEM's financing needs? PEM's handling of it's assets? Reaction to PEM's Board's decisions? PEM is at a crossroad. There seems a lot is up in the air and that perhaps some kind of change is in the wind, coupled with, and in addition to, the recently announced resignation of one Board member followed by the announcement of the possible consolidation of shares. Is the catalyst I mentioned, in my last post, in the making? It is a part of what we don't know, but time will tell.
