This Deal can`t be approved because it is still not approved from Shareholders:

Shareholder Approval
The Board, having considered all factors they deemed necessary to be considered based on the information available to them, have concluded that the Option Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereby are in the best interests of the Company.

The Board unanimously recommends that the Company's shareholders vote in favour of approving
the Option Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereby.

Therefore, at the Meeting, shareholders will be asked to consider, and if thought fit, to approve by ordinary resolution (the "Option Agreement Resolution").

An "ordinary resolution" is a resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at a general meeting by a simple majority of the votes cast in person or proxy.

In order to be effective, the foregoing ordinary resolution must be approved by a simple majority of the votes cast by those shareholders of the Company who, being entitled to do so, vote in person or by proxy at the Meeting in respect of such resolution.

First of all I don`t understand why this voting process has not been in PEM news, why it is so secret and how this Del is not answering phones or emails or nothing when such kind of Big decision is to be made. Who knows, maybe this request has come from some Bigger fish to Del that he must do meeting and do this professionaly, maybe from Osisko Mining, they are still shareholders like all of us. On the other side why LGR is making consolidation of shares right now, very suspicous from them, LGR sp will probably soon be under PEM sp, how crazy is that. There are so many unanswered question in conspiracy company PEM, nobody knows what is going on here. And yes some entitity is buying shares at 2 Cents and it seems that doesn`t care about time, it has planty of time but why. There was for sure accumulation at 2 cents lately and nobody knows nothing in secret company with secret agent Del. Well, I hope that at least something good will happen here,maybe some Big Fish will bought PEM and kick of Del, everything is possible.
