Thanks Marwal for this analysis. What I think that here happened is that actually there were some real offer in current enviromnet for Del but because of his ego he didn't take those offers. So after all he gets out of money and now he is in very bad deal with LGR but at least compaby will survive these times. Let just say this. I will be much more happy with some kind of all shares take over offer from Big players, they are all at very low prices so we could see our money back if they tried to take over PEM. For example OSK could be 5 times more in the future and if they take over us even for 10 Cents we could see our money back sometimes in the future. And with this deal we could see our sp only rise 25% where it was at all time high so somewher at 20 Cents and nothing more than that. Yes at least we will see some money but I am not happy at all. Unfortunately everything played against us and that is reality. How I see LGR, I think that they have enough money but I don't trust them, they are manipulative company, how many times they did split, as I said the only good thing here is that we could sometime in the future see prices round 20 Cents take it or leave it. I will not sell at these rediculous prices, I am not that kind of sheeple that lose all but yes, I am loser since I trust Del when Wilf died, and that is reality.
