Long time ago I was part of similar Soap. I was in KNB that was Company with great property but not enough Money to bring property to production. So they came into JV deal with Glen Eagle(GER) and that was very bad deal. After few week Jaguar Mining that invested in KNB wanted to cancel that deal because it was not good and there was many uncertainity in that deal. After that ORV made take over offer to KNB and Jaguar Mining supported that offer. Incompetent BOD of KNB supported deal further but GER did not have money for Court so they step back. But then new Company ATW Gold came into play with proposal of merge. Of course again KNB said that it is better than ORV but ORV raised bid so ATW without money could not follow that Bidding war. So ORV finally won and took over KNB in September. Everything started like our Soap in April.

This story is very similat to PEM current situation. OSK invested Money in PEM and they are screwed right now like Jaguar Mining at that time. So I am waiting to see what will OSK do. So OSK could be here bidder like ORV for KNB at that time. After that second bidder could emerge and that could be here MAX, so hopefully in september we will see PEM at 20 Cents like it was SPQ when was taken over from CLF. I will vote better for all shares offer because then I will follow this Idaho Property story in another company like OSK. SWC will be maybe 3rd bidder but my hope is on OSK since they are in similar situation like many investors in this company with incompetent management.
