What was the most important part of the interview for me was that Del saying many times word JV, so I think that some kind of JV arangement is coming probably with OSK, they are very known for doing many JVs. And that JV must be done soon so PEM can go further and no more some false information specially in Stockhouse Board. And not just because of that but right now is PEM also verz vulnerable to hostile take over, for example from SWC, MAX or even OSK.
