Thanks Marwal,

It seems that SWC BOD is currently under lot of stress. They could even try to take over PEM just to prove to investors that they care about Montana and that they want to invest in USA and not in Argentina. I hope that Del is prepared for such kind of not expectable event. They could do that just to stay on Power. Very interesting things going on round PEM with 3 Companies going through the most important time in their history. Hopefully that will bode well for us PEM shareholders.
