I think that PEM is in very good condition right now, with SWC progress with Montana property and OSK cash for exploartion round $50 Millions and MAX that said long time before about possibility to take over PEM there is no reason to be negative. Look for example stocks like SLI or SGR, that is catastrophe for shareholders. When you look at current PEM strength you can't say that we are on the wrong direction. Something big is coming down the pipe and probably that is all thanks to our white king OSK. The question is only if they will try to make take over offer or JV and I hope that will be JV right now. For MAX time is running out if they want to do anything with PEM and what about SWC. So I think that there are some kind of CAs that we don't know about and I will again write words from Big Al, remember he is insider and he probably knows something:

A number of things have to happen in my opinion for this to work.

These include: a rich buyout after the discovery of SIGNIFICANT mineralization or a strong jv partner.

Both are very feasible in my opinion.

All is well and hopefully we will look very soon in only upward direction!
