It seems to me that this wall is only for accumulatin shares at 7 Cents, no other reason for that. It will be interesting to see if somebody attacks this wall will it be pulled or not, I think when that happens that wall will dissapear in no time, this day will be very interesting to see if they succeed in accumulation at these very low prices, or pem will be shaked out...
