Primed, I don't think that we will have any pp with PEM. Del will be not so happy if we should do that now. My opinion is that there are some players sneaking around PEM right now. They need more PEM than PEM needs them. The are 3 possibilities for me here:

1. JV probably with OSK. PEM has lot of land so to JV to somebody part of that land will be good move. That player, probably OSK wil get Gold property and I think that OSK want to expand right now, they are very agressive. With JV, PEM will get money needed to finish Drill program and come to 2 Million Ounces ++ and OSK will get Gold.

2. Lately I've heard lot of news like Palladium is new Gold and so on. We all know that SWC has some pressure from investors to do some acquisition and Montana seems to fit very good in that scheme. Here is possible some kind of deal with SWC, some money from SWC to PEM for selling that property which will give to us enough money for drilling.

3. Take Over offer. If OSK is very aggressive that could be right now on the table, hopefully good for us. MAX is also take over target so somebody maybe wants from MAX first to take over PEM so then will have all Idaho land for exploration and production. On the other side is OSK, but maybe also some 3rd player is round corner, nobody knows except Del and insiders like Big Al.

So all in all I don't see any pp right now and if any of these scenarios unfolds we will probably get some Big upside move in PEM, so I am very optimistic for near term for PEM, we should also not forget Drilling problam and maybe some Big Hit, so many positive things could happen, let see and enjoy!
