Message: From PEM

No doubt in our minds that an open pit is in the making. They still don't know where the metal ends in length, width and depth. Likely, as is usual on a shear zone-fault, much higher grade awaits them deeper. The feeder is likely the entire shear zone and could be a continuation of a series of golden shear zones from the Carlin up into the Oro Grand Shear Zone, with Midas' significant find in Idaho in between. We here do believe, if our opinions count for anything, that this deposit likely may be one of the largest deposit discoveries in the Americas in decades possibly beating out Dr. Keith Barron's 13.7m oz find (who by the way is supposedly aware of PEM's find, or will soon be). We know a ton of drilling will need to be done with a partner backing our exploration, and we believe that scenario will be close at hand in 2013. .05 g/p/t/ is considered good these days, yet PEM's assay results are far better. The Friday-Petsite likely (many people's opinion) has something close to 4-6m ounces alone. We hold to our own opinion, based on all the various types of test results, all plotted on maps and overlayed on top of each other (including soil samples) that we are looking at a 20m +++ ounce deposit on the ORZ. I'd love to see Dr. Barron join in with Del in one way or another. It'll take money to explore some more, as is usual in this business. From time to time I learn of investors who would like a piece of our PEM. Yes, they do indeed exist. I feel very confident that PEM has had to turn away more than one offer. The suitors are there. So are the Confidential Agreements. So are some institutional investors. It takes money to drill. The precious metals market is stagnant now. It could worsen before it rebounds. Conditions should improve sometime in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016. We invested more in recent times and participated in some of the financing. More to come. It is the way of things. We are committed. We feel we know what we own. We have not waivered. Here's a little info on the man who's largest deposit find is about to get beaten:

"Dr. Keith Barron: Solidus Capital LTD. - Keith is responsible for one of the largest gold discoveries in history, a 13.7 million ounce gold discovery, the world largest in more than two decades. Keith has consulted for major mining companies as well as major investment houses. Keith has more than 27 years of experience on all the continents except Antarctica, and in a wide variety of commodities including gold, base metals and diamonds. Keith is known as the Indiana Jones of the mining world for his amazing discovery in Ecuador."

I do believe such an article will also need to be written about Idaho's Indiana Jones a/k/a (also known as) our very own Del Steiner .

Thanks for asking my opinion Panamax. I hope I answered your question. But, then again, I think you are way ahead of me on all this and already know a lot. Our thanks to all those who are personally sacraficing to make PEM a success. I know who some of them are and they have my respect and admiration.

Merry Christmas one and all.
