Great to see you here Primed! Of course I also expect here 40 Cents again. There are some very positive development lately with PEM. Infill drilling could make PEM to explode, we got those assays also before so I think that some great news could come from next drills. Also OSK is with us, Dundee lizzards finally sold shares and no pressure from that side on ask side, anonymous finally start to buy PEM stocks, that means something positive for PEM on the way, so I hope, great assays results, improved NI 43-101 and sold to OSK, maybe some other player come also and then Del if he wants can work further with Montana property with enough money to find Palladium which is also metal from the future, so hopefuly this will be scenario for next year and we will see not just 40 Cents but 70 Cents again and that could be our final take over price.
