I find your argument very reasonable. I just think that the $.40- -50 range is far to low for PEM. Especially for a cash offer.

Our best hope would be that the drill results are so good and the POG is so high, that the market moves PEM shares well past the $.50's again. Then let the bidder start to assign a "premium" to the share price (pun intended).

The very best secenario would be for Del to sell (or even to JV) just a portion of the claim (Friday) and continue to develop the rest of the rest of the OSZ a piece at a time.
