I have opined previously that PEM would likely have a JV partner by the end of 2013. I comfortable reiterating my opinion. However, it is subject to change based on new significant information or a change in circumstances. In Al Korelin's last broadcasted personal interview of Del Steiner, there was quite a bit of discussion about new Confidential Agreements, ongoing discussions, recent offers, possibility of some sort of an arrangement with a suitor, etc. Then, we had Osisko introduced to us by PEM, in the form of an interested investor. Something good just happened with Osisko. If they are to be the one we "tie the knot" with I hope the dowry the bring to such a marriage proposal is worthy of the tens of millions of ounces that lie on top of and beneath the OSZ.
