I understand your frustration. This is the way the BG's work. However I doubt that we, the little guys, have the power to stop this manipulation. Del and PEM are victims also.

Those who need to blame someone, choose to blame Del. I guess that relieves them of their guilt for losing money on the gamble they took.

Del laid plans to complete a phase of exploration and arranged for the financing through sales of units. Failure to exercise warrants caused the lack of financing that necessitated the recent attempt at raising needed funds.

I hope someone does not succeed in taking over PEM's assets for less than fair value, but Del has a monumental task in trying to prevent that from happening. It will require more money and time, plus a lot of luck. I may lose my investment but I'm sticking with PEM and Del.

The struggle is taking a toll on Del.
