Here is something else to ponder, if still valid. . . .
Ausman Resources had a 2011 website page which said ". . . the property (Buffalo Gulch) previously received all of the necessary permits for the construction and operation of an open pit gold mine from the various U.S. Federal and State regulatory agencies in 1991, all of which have been kept current to date. . . . " Perhaps PEM can confirm whether this remains accurate. If so, this could draw noteworthy attention. Current existing permits to start a mine have a significant dollar value. It can take years to go through such a process. If permits are in hand, years of time will have been saved as well as untold permit processing costs.
