In the short term, (coming few weeks or few months) if the Euro continues to decline and the US dollar continues to strengthen, the precious metals would likely decline more, pulling down mining equities, possibly PEM included. Conversly, a storng hint of an ECB QE. . . or a US Fed. Res. QE-3 would likely reverse things quickly. Meanwhile, the coiled spring gets wound a bit more tightly.
