Looks like someone may be preping PEM for a hostile takeover to me. I hope not, but only time will tell.

There are not many places where you could find this much known gold, with tremendous additional potential, at the current price of PEM.

Many blame Del but there are powerful forces at work here and Del and PEM shareholders are the victims.

Regulators will do nothing.
