Any price around the 25cent area is a bargain imo,however,there are many stocks that are at
or near 52 week lows, and investors are reluctant to spend with TAX LOSS and the uncertainty
in the economy.
Haven't heard from marwal and his great insite of PEM on either boards for some time now.He always has a handle on what is going on with PEM.
