Finally this trend is broken! Now is everything open to the upside, thanks everyone for contribution. As Joey said someone could hold down sp only to accumulate shares. Del was meeting with fund managers in Toronto on Wed, so it is possible that they hold down sp until Wednesday, so I hope this is right and now we could only see normal trading with PEM.
