With PEM planning to step up drilling ''Big Time'' next season, why don't they just flat-out buy the rigs necessary? It would be a great investment, which can be put to good use in the years to come. Next season will no doubt cost over $10million... ( I think it will be near $20million)...

*If it costs PEM $2-$3million to buy 5-6 rigs, and another $1 million for personnel costs. I see big savings for PEM this way...

What are your thoughs.
