Message: Raising The Bar

I know that Del Steiner and his esteemed, enthusiastic, and committed staff are planning to "raise the bar" for results in 2012. Forget about the Title "Phase 5." That is probably a 2 year initiative. I'm talking about the 365 days of the coming year, starting with January 1st. PEM's folks are thinking about new goals for next year with certain expectations. Will those expectations be self limiting ceilings, or will they be open ended challenges that create opportunities to exceed what some may believe too dificult.

In the so called "law of attraction," the term "thinking outside the box" gets translated into "expectations outside of the box." If someone says "you can't drill more than 40,000 meters next year, they place a limitation that causes people to believe that number to be the ceiling of limitation. So at what level will PEM raise next year's bar? What will be the goals and expectations (within affordability)? An ordinary goal would likely only get ordinary results. They would serve to delay or limit PEM's date with destiny. (Note: Acme labs needs a lesson on this subject. They have failed us all miserably).

My point here is to say that we all know what this year's drill program is shaping up to be, as we await results of assays well into 2012. While that pot is stewing, the chef is preparing the menu for the next year's big entre. While driving down this road of exploration PEM not only needs to know "where they are," but to also be planning "where they are going." To extend this metaphor, "If one does not know where he is going, any road will take him there." So, the thinking and planning, for 2012, is likely underway by all within Premium Exploration. It is not too soon to be thinking outside of the box, to be planning outside of normal expectations. They are aware they are close to becoming something very significant within the industry. They know they need to "strike while the iron is hot." Most importantly, they know they themselves will be "raising the bar." They know that potential blockbuster accomplishments are for them to achieve, to make history. I look forward to hearing their decisions for the year ahead while we await the results of all their successes for the (drilling) year that will soon be behind us.

2012? "Raise the bar" much higher. Very much higher, so as to not be be the moth drawn by the light of the nearest light bulb. Instead, set expectations high, like the moth drawn by the light of a distant star.
