As I asked the author of this post on the SI board, is this an old Jay Taylor post? PEM sp has not doubled since June and we no longer own Property rights in Mexico. I don't see the relevance in posting an outdated recco. If Taylor did indeed highlight PEM as a top pick this week, I'd be interested in reading that!
